My first entry.
For years, years ago, I kept a journal. Closely written pages in marble notebooks. I fell out of the habit, but miss it. This blogging deal is a whole other world. It feels like a journal entry, but it's public, while no one but myself ever read those old notebooks. This is a place to record my current obsessions which primarily involve cooking.
I've managed, I think, to catch up with the BBA bakers, having made Anadama bread, Christopsomos, and, this morning, bagels. I have taken pictures and now I have to figure out how to post them.
